Read this first

This is a strict low-carb month. It is not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take insulin or other blood-sugar-lowering medication. The quiz checks this before checkout and will not sell you the plan. If you manage any other condition, show the plan to your doctor before starting. This is a meal plan, not medical advice.

Questions

What does "no sugar" mean exactly?

Zero added sugar for 31 days: no sweets, soda, honey or juice. Carbs stay under 15% of your daily calories. Every day in the plan is pre-checked against both rules, so you never count anything.

Do I need to start on August 1?

No. Day 1 is whichever day you start. The plan is your own 31 days, whenever you begin.

Is this a subscription?

No. €4.99 once. No account, no sign-up, nothing renews. The plan is yours forever as a PDF.

Will I be hungry the whole time?

The plan is scaled to your own calorie target, not a crash diet. Protein and fat do the filling work that sugar never did.

Is there a vegan version?

No. Zero sugar plus a strict carb cap leaves too few vegan foods to fill 31 days with real variety. We would rather skip vegan than sell you a plan that repeats three meals. The vegetarian version is the closest fit.

Who should not do this?

This challenge is not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take insulin or other blood-sugar-lowering medication. The quiz checks this before you can buy, and we mean it.
